Full-link temperature monitoring

The charger is equipped with 8 protection functions, the most prominent of which is the temperature detection function. MOREC charger can monitor the temperature of the entire link between the power plug, cable, case and car end plug, and to cut off the current within 0.2s if the temperature rises above the set value at any point. Once the temperature has dropped, the unit will reapply power.

Absolutely, but you should really consider the 40 amp versions because Teslas have larger internal chargers and you will charge that much faster. This charger maxes out at 3.6KW (240v at 16a) and your Tesla charger will step down accordingly.
